Fryer/Batter Operator (Swing Shift)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFryer FeederKeep frank hopper and belts full at all timesKeep stick hopper fullRotate sticks as neededWatch batter level - Communicate problemsHome the corndog machine as neededKeep track of times you shut the machine off/onMonitor how the machine is runningBatter MakerCommunicate adjustments needed with Lead/Machine AttendantMonitor batter for correct consistency and smoothnessAdjust batter as needed (weights and/or b-grades)Monitor frank and corndog weights and cookoutRemove outer layer of batter bags before transporting to mixing roomKeep the batter dip tank and fryer free of batter and sticks remnantsWash rework franks before breaks, end of shift as necessaryADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONSOther duties as assigned
