General Contractor or skilled Handyman wanted for Renovating Houses

I'm looking for a skilled general contractor or handyman. Pay starts at $35/hour with the potential to grow to $40/hour.

Priority will be given to those that have their General Contractor's license with the CCB.

You must be able to:

- Own some of your own tools

- Hang drywall & apply texture (Knockdown, etc)

- Install Tiles

- Install light fixtures

- Be proficient at using and cleaning a paint sprayer

- Detail Oriented

- Self-motivated

- Own a car, owning a truck is ideal

- Lift at least 50 pounds

Ideally, someone who lives in the North Portland area as that's where many of our projects are located. We are flipping a house near Lombard & Vancouver.
