General Laborer

All N One Asphalt, located in Scappoose OR., is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This is an entry-level position that involves working with asphalt equipment and environmental pumping trucks. While advanced tasks and project management will be handled by the supervisor, this role is essential in supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties related to asphalt work and environmental pumping operations.

Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

Assist with operating and maintaining asphalt machines, sweepers, and vacuum pumper trucks.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Class C driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Ability to perform physically strenuous labor in various weather conditions.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
