Robert Half is looking for Help Desk Analyst to support an engineering construction company based in Portland, OR. The primary responsibility of this Help Desk Analyst is to provide front-line OS, application and hardware support for local and remote end-users. This is a long-term contract that would be Hybrid in Portland, Oregon.Contract details: Duration: 12 month contractHybrid 3 onsite/2 remoteCore Business HoursJob Duties: - Act as first point of contact for internal end-users with issues regarding network, software and hardware.- Support asset lifecycle management (procurement, imaging, deployment, tracking and dispositioning) for all supported hardware or software- Basic network troubleshooting, incident management and service fulfillment activates in accordance with service level objectives- Set up and install hardware/software and configure environment for stable and reliable operation.
