Hiring: Resident Care Manager – Full-Time (Gresham, OR)

Abundant Valley Adult Care Home is looking for a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Manager to join our team! This is a full-time, live-on-site, salaried position with a structured schedule.

Schedule:

4 days on: Monday – Thursday

3 days off: Friday – Sunday

On off days, the Resident Manager must be home by 7:30 PM to provide relief to the relief caregiver.

Requirements & Preferences:

Preferred: Candidates with Multnomah County trainings (Record B Training, EQC Class, English Test)

Experience: 2-3 years of verifiable caregiving experience

Verifiable experience means W-2 employment where taxes were filed (1099 work does not qualify per county requirements).

Must be dependable, patient, and have strong leadership and communication skills.
