Essential Duties: Perform daily set up for Community events.Perform daily emptying of resident refuse rooms.Delivers packages to residents.Cleans patios and carpets in common area or in residents apartments.Demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use and stocking of housekeeping carts.
