Description Robert Half is in search of an HR Coordinator to join an HR team in Portland, Oregon. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity with free, on-site parking available! As an HR Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include coordination of candidate selection processes, maintaining compliance systems, presenting policies to employees and contractors, and handling HR-related administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Coordinating selection processes for various positions, which includes job postings, applicant screening, and onboarding activities Presenting company policies and work rules to employees Managing HR files, disciplinary logs, and shared databases for efficient record-keeping Ensuring accurate processing of HR forms and providing employee information as required Handling payroll system interfaces, attendance tracking, and benefits-related issues Processing unemployment claims and participating in appeal hearings when necessary Acting as a liaison to maintain an engaged work environment Coordinating employee recognition, safety, and holiday events Assisting with various administrative tasks related to the HR functionRequirements Candidate must possess at two years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordinator role, or similar Must have prior experience with onboarding and full-cycle recruitment Knowledge and experience in using HRIS (Human Resources Info Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is required The ability to work effectively in a team and independently is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to meet deadlinesApply online today!Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
