HR Specialist

Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring for a HR Specialist. The HR Specialist duties include a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. The HR Specialist is responsible for Worker's Comp, EEO Reporting, attendance management and various other duties.

Hours for this position are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

Worker's Compensation and paid leave administration.

Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources

Data entry and updating employee records, including EEO reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum education: High School Diploma

General office experience

Great communication skills

Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office programs

Strong ability to multi-task

Excellent Organizational skills
