As a HR Manager, you will also be required to provide expert guidance on program operations and represent the team in various committees and task forces.Responsibilities: Develop and implement business operations, including data management, program monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and financial planning. Establish goals and objectives for business operations, prioritize and assign work, and supervise the efforts of the team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures and develop procedures to implement new or changing regulatory requirements. Oversee procurement procedures, contract development, negotiations, and monitor procedures. Act as a representative on committees, interagency task forces, and special projects related to program and departmental operations. Coordinate with funders and jurisdictional partners to align policies and procedures, operational guidance, and best practices.
