All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for Property Maintenance Technicians. You will be working with a team that is responsible for the upkeep and repair of residential or commercial properties, ensuring they are safe and functional. Other duties for this position involve a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance and repairs to responding to emergency calls and coordinating with contractors.

Carpentry experience required. Along with Drywall repair and installation, Installing laminate/ LVP flooring, tile installation, trim installation, Formica countertops, cabinets, backsplash tile, staining, painting, etc. Basic Plumbing and electrical experience needed.

Located in Albany, OR and surrounding areas. This will be a day shift Monday – Friday position. The pay rate is between $19-$21/hr depending on experience.

Clean Driving Record required.
