Immediate Opening for A-Tech Auto Body Collision Repair Technician

Immediate opening for a full-time, A-tech auto body collision repair technician.

Candidates MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience working in collision repair shops. MUST have a current, valid driver's license AND reliable transportation. MUST be reliable. MUST have your own tools. (Shop provides major equipment and materials.) MUST have attention to detail and be willing to follow our shop's procedures.

Primary job duties include: tear-down/blueprinting; researching procedures; steel, aluminum and plastic repairs; welding and panel replacement; diagnostics and problem solving; complete reassembly and final testing.

We are a small team, so we often need to help each other out, and we are looking for someone with the willingness to jump in and assist or cover for our teammates if they need help or are taking time off. We focus on taking pride in our work and producing top quality results.

We are looking for a happy, positive, energetic employee to join our small team. Must work well with others and be willing to follow company policies and procedures, including wearing company branded clothing (we provide), and safety gear, etc. Must be clean in personal appearance and hygiene.

Competitive pay (hourly rate, not commission). Benefits, paid holidays and PTO. 90-day trial period. Pay range starts at $25 - $35/hr. depending on skill level and experience. (Negotiable after trial period, depending on experience and proof of abilities.)
