As an Intake Specialist for Meraki Dog Training, you are the first person our clients will interact with and set the tone for how we operate and who we are.

This isn’t just about training dogs; it’s about aiding us to achieve our mission to make dog ownership effortless for everyone. You’ll be helping transform unruly dogs into perfect companions by giving our clients confidence and inner peace.

Your responsibilities include calling people who have already requested our help, assisting our consultants by setting appointments, and helping to further refine our highly effective system through feedback and problem solving.

Ultimately, as an Intake Specialist, you’re helping people who have had enough of their dog regain their sanity through our program.

Responsibilities:

Maintain leads within CRM.

Call leads within 5 minutes of being received.

Follow up with older leads.

Qualify potential clients to ensure we can help them.

Schedule in-home consultations.

Confirm appointments.

Results:

Minimum of 50 appointments set in a month.

Bonuses based on appointments completed.

More dog owners get helped.

Requirements:

Experience setting appointments for a sales organization(2+ years) preferred.

Smart phone.

Ability to learn new software quickly.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to speak candidly and concisely when needed.

Unafraid to ask for help.

Self-Directed.

Exceptional time management skills.

Location:

Clark County, WA.

Compensation:

$36,000-$96,000 annually.

Base Salary is $3,000/mo plus performance incentives.

The salary range may be inclusive of hours chosen and client goals. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, hours worked, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits.

Unprofessional TLDR; I need someone for this role who can handle a little bit of volatility now for a big payoff later. This is about stabilizing a pipeline in our business. This isn't a regular job with set hours and days off. It's on-call to do what's required with a few required actions 7 days per week. I personally perform this role while doing everything else that makes the business run so I know it's doable and if it was the only thing I had to do, it would be a cakewalk. If you survived the fluff and made it here, do what's required to get my attention. That's the whole point of this job.
