Are you a caring and organized individual looking for a fulfilling full-time role? We're seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our clients during a sensitive time.

In this role, you'll be the comforting voice and helpful hand for individuals coping with the loss of a beloved pet. Your responsibilities will include:

Compassionate Client Support: Assisting customers with empathy and understanding regarding their deceased pets.

Administrative Tasks: Performing various computer-based tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Office Maintenance: Contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.

Communication Hub: Answering phones, directing calls, and providing information.

Financial Organization: Assisting with bookkeeping duties.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 an hour.
