Journeyman Carpenter

Swal'lech Construction, a small general contractor, located on Lopez Island, specializing in custom homes and high-end remodels, has an opening for a journeyman carpenter/site lead. Requisites for the position are at least six years' experience in all phases of residential construction from framing to finish, the ability to read plans, lead a crew of 2-4 carpenters, and interface with homeowners, sub-contractors and suppliers. This position reports to the Production Manager. Excellent communications skills are a must.
