Junk Removal Day Labor

All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for on call day labor candidates for a junk removal company located in the Eugene area.

Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm/5pm

Pay Rate: $18.00an hour

Key Responsibilities:

Junk Removal: Loading, hauling, and disposing of various items like furniture, appliances, construction debris, and yard waste.

Sorting and Recycling: Separating items for recycling or donation whenever possible.

Equipment Operation: Using trucks, trailers, and other tools safely and efficiently.

Customer Service: Interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and providing a positive experience.

Safety Compliance: Following all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including trucks and equipment.

Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to complete jobs effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols.

Knowledge of Disposal Methods: Familiarity with proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
