Knowledgable 5 Star Airbnb Cleaner PLUS for Busy Company

This cleaner PLUS position is for the do it all cleaner. We pay competitive wages and provide a unique work environment. We're looking for someone who has knowledge and experience with cleaning, takes pride in their work, is always striving to do better and improve, and who can take direction as well as be a self-starter. It's very important to be able to take and follow directions as well as work independently. The 'PLUS' aspect of this cleaning position entails additional items such as changing out lightbulbs, changing out smoke alarm batteries, changing out smart lock batteries, troubleshooting any issues that come up with a unit (tripped electrical panel, stained linens, malfunctioning lock, etc), processing and folding laundry, organizing our office, and lifting/maneuvering heavy items up to 40lbs (moving garbage bins, lifting boxes, lifting laundry bags).

REQUIREMENTS

- Cleaning experience (Airbnb turnover experience a PLUS)

- Attention to detail

- High level of organizational skills

- Problem solving skills

- Crucial to possess common sense in this role

- Great communication skills (sometimes you'll be communicating with guests)

- Ability to follow directions

- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

11AM - 6PM

Friday - Tuesday

COMPENSATION

$20/HR to start with room for growth

This is a fast paced role with a great company. While there is structure and guidelines in this role, you will have a lot of independence and flexibility. Cleaning is a very niche skill that not just anyone has. We like to reward those we hire who not only clean well, but work to improve, listen to our feedback, and will work on a team with us and provide us with insight to continue to provide 5 star cleans for our clients. Once you are trained and in the flow of the job you'll have a lot of time to just listen to music or a podcast and get your work done! We don't require any uniform or dress code - just a good attitude, competent, and willingness to work.
