Landscaping Maintenance Crew Lead

We are looking for a proactive, people-focused communicator who will bring immense value to our process and our clients.

We're passionate about landscaping and horticulture, and we're looking for a MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD with a desire to

help people, has a team mentality, a positive attitude, and who wants to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

They must be able to speak English, bi-lingual ability preferred, and communicate directly with the clients as needed.

This is a FULL-TIME position and is based on relevant maintenance and leadership experience in the LANDSCAPING FIELD.

Work is performed on Daily Maintenance Routes.

All candidates must have:

Integrity and be dependable and consistent

Personal transportation and a VALID Oregon Driver's License

Be able to be insured by Natureworks on Company Vehicles

Ability to Pass a Background Screening

Ability to lift 50lbs

Willingness to work "Rain or Shine"

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and 401K matching.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work hours: M-Th 7am-5:30pm (Spring/Summer/Fall)

M-Th 7am-4:30pm (Winter)
