Our best operations teammates are strategic problem solvers, highly organized, and excellent communicators - They aren’t afraid to drive the necessary clarity, decisions and actions to move the business forward.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs a member of the Global Code Operations team, you will help lead the planning, execution and reporting of our Marketplace focused CODE enterprise moments, specifically Seasonal Investment Review, and Marketplace Readiness.You will play a critical role as the anchor point of these moments. Helping to lead communication and information flow to drive clarity and facilitate cross-functional and cross-Geo alignment. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in the execution of these moments in order to maximize their effectiveness and value in driving business results.Additionally you will be a partner in the ongoing evolution of the end to end CODE process including helping to integrate new processes and tools into the CODE operating model.Doing this requires a unique individual. You will thrive on driving clarity and simplicity at the heart of Nike’s organizational matrix. You can sweat the details and just as easily pull up to see the bigger picture. You must be comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives at varying levels of the organization.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis individual contributor role will report to the Global Director of Marketplace Code. You will work with a variety of key stakeholders within the Nike Matrix. This will require a deep understanding of how Nike is organized and how to navigate the complex system. You will work directly with the Global/Geo Consumer & Marketplace Code Leads as well as our extended Operations community, Finance & Planning Teams.WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

(6+) years of professional work experience in operations, project management, consulting, strategy, finance, planning, or relevant industry.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence and build consensus across multiple functions and levels.

Passion for process excellence and simplification; unlocking innovation, collaboration, and improved ways of working.

Understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer. Familiarity with the CODE Process (highly preferred).

Financial acumen and comfort working with numbers.

Self-directed and comfortable working in a matrixed environment.

Ability to handle multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities under seasonal timelines.

Proficient in Keynote, Powerpoint, Miro, and experience with project management software such as Smartsheets, Airtable or Asana.

A passion for the Nike brand, product, and sport.
