We take pride in our team of experienced project managers, foremen, and landscape construction crews who design and build stunning outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a crew of landscape construction workers.

Delegate tasks and ensure the job schedule is followed.

Install paver patios, hardscapes, retaining walls, rock walls, and sprinkler systems.

Install French drains, sod lawns, wood & iron fences, fire pits, seat walls, and synthetic turf.

Operate mini skid steers, trenchers, rototillers, chainsaws, paver saws, plate compactors, cut-off saws, power brooms, pruning tools, grading rakes, and other landscaping tools.

Ensure all crew members are using proper safety equipment and following safety protocols.

Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers and foremen.

Uphold company values and act as a positive role model for the crew.

Qualifications:

Experience leading a crew and delegating tasks.

Proven experience installing paver patios, hardscapes, retaining walls, rock walls, sprinkler systems, French drains, sod lawns, wood & iron fences, fire pits, seat walls, and synthetic turf.

Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.

Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently and keep the crew motivated.

A focus on safety for yourself and your crew.

Spanish fluency is a plus as many of our crew members only speak Spanish, but not required.

English fluency is a plus, but not required.
