Earth Body Massage is a thriving, well-established massage therapy practice located in the heart of town. With over 500 glowing Google reviews, a beautifully designed studio, and a highly visible location, we’re proud to be a go-to destination for therapeutic and relaxing bodywork. Our loyal client base includes locals, tourists, and insurance clients, and we’re consistently busy year-round.

We’re currently turning away clients and looking to expand our team of 14 talented massage therapists. We're hiring two experienced massage therapists to join our supportive, professional, and welcoming environment.

Current Open Shifts:

Thursdays: 2:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Fridays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

About Our Ideal Candidate:

Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon

Massage insured

At least 1 year of professional experience

Skilled in deep tissue massage (a must)

Proficient with SOAP notes

Passionate about helping clients heal and feel their best

Strong communication skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

Open to learning new techniques

Mindful of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

60% commission rate

$58 per 60-minute massage + tips

$66 per 60-minute insurance massage + tips

$79 per 90-minute massage + tips

Add-ons and product sales offer additional income opportunities

Tax-deductible expenses, including CEU courses

Workload Options:

Part-Time: 3 clients/day

Full-Time: 5–6 clients/day
