Lot Coordinator Field Administration & Coordination Beaverton, Oregon Apply Description Lot Coordinator Reporting to the Area Manager, the Lot Coordinator’s position is responsible for transporting vehicles on auction lot, re-inspecting vehicles for damage that can be repaired using Dent Wizard’s reconditioning processes. Establish and maintain clear communications with the management team to ensure a superior level of service. Responsibilities: · Verify vehicle status for inventory · Manage and coordinate vehicles · Manage the work flow for technicians · Take initiative to maximize flow of vehicles from each zone · Take initiative to seek out opportunities to improve turn time and increase the technician’s efficiencies · Ensure highest quality of repairs are performed on a daily basis · Coordinate with management on any technician needs in a timely manner · Various other duties to be determined by Lot Manager Qualifications: · Previous experience in Automotive as a porter, detailer or working at an auction preferred · Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines · Demonstrated ability to effectively manage others is required · Effective communication skills (verbal and written) are required · Proven organizational skills · Ability to bend, stoop, knee, stand while inspecting vehicles · Able to work outdoors in all types of elements · Basic computer Skills · Must be able to work weekends if needed · Valid driver’s license, Background and Drug Test required The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on highly incentivized commission structure. The starting base pay is expected to be between $18.00/hr.- $22.00/hr.
