Maintenance Manager

Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self storage facilities. Full Time Maintenance Manager wanted Sunday through Thursday at a Self-Storage and U-Haul truck rental facility located in East Vancouver.

Total 38 hours per week - potential for addition hours.

Strong maintenance, computer, and customer service skills needed. Self Storage experience a plus

Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Must be comfortable driving/parking moving trucks.

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience. Plus commissions, bonus, paid vacation time, paid sick time, and health benefits.

Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
