Maintenance Super needed for small family owned company

We are a small family owned company in the beverage industry working out of a building we own. We are looking for a part time maintenance and repair individual who is skilled in a variety of areas, equipment and engine maintenance, heating/cooling systems, building maintenance and repair work, grounds (landscaping) management, etc
