Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper

Full-Time Maintenance Technician – $22–$25/hr (DOE)

Oak Springs and Ash Springs Apartments are seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our community clean and looking its best. You will report directly to our Apartment Manager and Maintenance Manager and be a valued part of our on-site operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Groundskeeping and general property upkeep

Pressure washing exterior surfaces

Blowing out breezeways and walkways

Painting and repairs

Cleaning of common areas

Completing resident work orders in a timely manner

Assisting the Maintenance Manager as needed

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred

Ability to work independently and follow directions

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable using tools and maintenance equipment

Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
