Summary/Objective This position will gain experience from a broad spectrum of marketing and business building initiatives. The individual will be responsible for the implementation of Rogue Creamery marketing plans and consumer promotions. This includes customer-facing, digital representation and brand development; developing digital and print advertisements and campaigns; and creating/revising product labels and point-of-sale materials. They collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute multi-channel marketing plans that will drive sales and improve brand visibility. The Marketing Associate will implement digital promotional plans in collaboration with the cross-functional team and accordance with the Groupe Savencia guidelines. This includes brand positioning, email communications, social media communications, consumer promotions, advertising campaign oversight (SMM, SEM), and identifying opportunities to boost brand SEO. Develop and implement monthly email promotion plan, including standalone email campaigns and automated email flows aimed at driving ecommerce sales

Lead social media engagement activities, including content planning, content creation, consumer engagement, B2B engagement, and managing cobranded partnerships and giveaways

Lead Influencer Marketing strategy and liaison with influencers to promote brand visibility

Coordinate with Brand Manager to implement print and digital advertising campaigns (SEM, SMM)

Coordinate with Brand Manager to address website SEO, recommending and implementing best practices that will boost website visibility and increase consumer brand trust

Utilize basic graphic design and photography skills to develop promotional assets and point-of-sale materials

Coordinate with third-party partners to implement product label revisions and develop new labels

Submit Rogue Creamery products to national and international competitions

Work with cross-functional team to create brand- and channel-specific content that meets annual sales and communications goals

Identify emerging marketing trends, reporting on opportunities to diversify and enhance Rogue Creamery’s presence and improve relevancy among key demographics

Represent Rogue Creamery and Savencia Cheese USA at special events and trade shows

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have direct reports.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor degree

Marketing Experience of 1+ year

Prior Digital Marketing experience

Solid computer skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor degree in marketing or business

Food industry experience

Experience implementing SEM, SMM, and SEO strategies
