Medford Restaurant Hiring Experienced Morning Baker

Buttercloud Bakery & Cafe is seeking an experienced, talented, creative and organized baker to join our fun and tight-knit team. We are a small, locally-owned company with an emphasis on from-scratch cooking and locally-sourced ingredients.

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic self-starters.

Job description:

The "AM Baker" operates a dough sheeter, mixers, ovens, makes doughs and batters and bakes off several products ie: Biscuits, muffins, sticky buns, cookies, corn bread, scones.

The selected candidate must have 2+ years scratch baking experience in a commercial setting. Shifts can be anywhere from 5-8 hour shifts.

Candidates must be self-driven independent, extremely reliable, keep a clean work area, and enjoy beginning work anywhere from 4-7 AM.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour + Tip pool

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
