Job Title: Medical Laboratory TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Medical Laboratory Technicians for our busy, high-throughput clinical laboratory. We currently have multiple open positions, including both Level I and Level II roles, across Hematology, Generalist and Microbiology departments. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will determine the acceptability of specimens for testing, perform routine and complex technical procedures, monitor and operate instrumentation, and report timely and accurate test results to deliver quality patient care. You will also assist with processing of specimens, maintain a safe work environment, and perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.Hard Skills

Certification in one of the following: MLT, ASCP, AMT, NCA

hematology and blood bank experience

lab and instrumentation experience

Soft Skills

Ability to make technical decisions

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a high-throughput, fast-paced environment
