The role is crucial, as you will be the first point of contact at the office, handling everything from greeting guests to scheduling appointments. Take payments
Ensure completion of paperwork
Facilitate sign-in and security procedures
Answer a multi-line phone
Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail

Requirements
Front desk experience
Medical experience is a plus
Multi-line phone experience
Scheduling experience
The ability to collaborate with co-workers
