WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • We need an experienced Technology Consultant/Analyst to join our team. This role partners closely with the NA Transportation teams and is responsible for business process and requirements capturing to technical solution design to capability implementation. The candidate needs to be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to work both individually as well as part of a team.
  • What you bring to Client
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area.
  • Strong experience in Logistics and Transportation
  • 8+ years of Analyst experience
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes and systems incl SAP AFS, WMS, TMS.
  • Knowledge of other technologies used within a supply chain such as warehouse management systems (i.e., Manhattan) and system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion and/or Informatica, Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
  • A general understanding of Agile project methodology and an ability to learn the details.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Flexible, accountable, detail-oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a proven desire for continuous personal growth.
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams.
