We are a well established rain gutter company that services the Portland / Vancouver metro area. Looking for energetic office /customer service person to answer phones, schedule jobs and do light computer work.

JOB DUTIES

Associate handles daily communications with our customers via phone and email. Schedule upcoming work and contacting customers on prior estimates given.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills

Proficient with Mac OS excel and word documents

Positive attitude and willing to go above and beyond.

Versatile and flexible to adapt as company grows.

This position will be part time to start. M-F. 8-2 ish. Compensation is $18/hr and we can reevaluate after 60 days.
