Now Hiring: General Laborer – Excavation Company

Looking to get your hands dirty and be part of fun team? We’re a busy excavation company seeking hardworking, reliable laborers to join our crew. No two days are the same – you'll be working outdoors, helping with everything from site prep and trenching to clean-up and equipment support.

What You'll Do:

Assist with digging, trenching, backfilling and grading

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Set up and take down worksite safety signs and barriers

Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Operate basic hand tools and equipment

Support operators and foremen as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous construction or excavation experience a plus, but not required

Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Willing to work in all weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
