We are a locally-owned HVAC company dedicated to quality service, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We're looking to add a dependable and motivated Part-Time HVAC Installer to our growing team. While prior experience in HVAC installation is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the trade.

Job Description:

As a Part-Time HVAC Installer, you'll assist in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, compressors, and controls

Load/unload materials and tools

Ensure job site cleanliness and safety

Follow directions and communicate effectively with team members

Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in hot and cold weather conditions

Not afraid of heights or confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, ladders)

Reliable transportation is a must

Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule:

Flexible part-time hours Monday -Friday with a start time of 8 am
