Nursury Lead - Cannabis Cultivation

Are you passionate about plant care and have a knack for detail? We're looking for a Nursery Lead to manage and maintain our mother plants and clone production at our licensed cannabis facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the health and productivity of mother plants

- Perform high-quality cloning and propagation

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient nursery environment

- Occasionally assist in the flower greenhouses as needed (checking / filling tanks, etc.)

- Work independently and take ownership of your area

- Check in on clones and water / feed plants over weekend (1-2 hours as needed)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in cloning and caring for mother plants

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Ability to work alone and stay self-motivated

- Reliable transportation

- Willingness to work occasional weekend hours

- Basic knowledge of greenhouse automation preferred

- Must have or willing to obtain an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
