Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Portland, ME location for 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate MS Office 365 software.Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support

Manage office operations

Perform analytical tasks and analysis

Offer excellent customer service

Handle order entry and manage ordering of supplies and food

Work collaboratively with a part-time admin based in NYC for support

Essential Skills

Proficiency in MS Office 365

Strong administrative and office management skills

Analytical skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in order entry

Experience in ordering supplies and food

Prior experience in office administration

Work EnvironmentYou will have your own workspace and will handle general office administrative responsibilities. The work schedule can be flexible to accommodate your school timetable, working 4-5 hours per day.
