Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors and residents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain and organize office files (physical and digital)
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Support the team with data entry, reports, and basic recordkeeping
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
Assist with onboarding paperwork and communication for new hires or residents
Help coordinate office events, meetings, and trainings
Maintain a clean and organized front office/reception area
Assist other departments as needed with administrative tasks
