Process Analyst - Greater Portland, OR Area (hybrid schedule) We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst with Supply or Inventory Planning expertise and excellent Excel skills to join a global, cross-functional Supply & Inventory Operations team within our Fortune 100 client. This Planning expert will be responsible for tactical and operational work including process documentation, reporting out of Cognos, entering and cross-referencing data, analytical work such as Pivot Tables and SQL queries, running Macros, data manipulation and automation using Tableau and Alteryx, and updating Smartsheet calendars. Responsibilities: - 3-5+ years of experience in Process Documentation and Process Implementation focused roles
- Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, or Demand Planning experience is required
- Expert-level Excel skills including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLookups
- Data Analysis and SQL experience
- Tableau skills preferred; Alteryx experience is a bonus
- Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, as well as comfort reporting and presenting to senior leadership
