Operations Supervisor (Lead Hand, Forest Seedling Nursery)

ABOUT THE ROLE:PRT is seeking a Full time Operations Supervisor (Lead Hand) to be based in Cottage Grove, OR at PRT Cottage Grove.  In addition to involvement in the day-to-day operations associated with container seedling production, this position will lead a team of English and Spanish Nursery Workers. The Leadhand will be accountable for production employee training, evaluation, task assignment, assisting in shipping and receiving, timesheet data reconciliation, and data collection while adhering to the occupational health and safety standards.
