Order Fulfillment (Dirt Bike & ATV Parts Mfg.)

Full-time entry-level position in Dirt Bike / ATV industry.

Customer service, order processing, and parts assembly.

Work is 4 days a week, Monday- Thursday 5:30am-4pm.

$17+ per hour depending on experience. Year-end bonus, paid time off and discounts on dirt bike and ATV parts.

Job Duties:

Job will start with parts assembly to get familiar with the product line and fill in when slow.

Once somewhat familiar with product line, more duties will be added.

You will be processing web-orders into QuickBooks and printing shipping labels.

Answering the phone taking orders and running interference to field question and technical advice.

Qualifications:

Must have basic computer skills and be able to communicate directly with customers over the phone and email. Being able to learn and retain product information is essential. We are expecting a reasonable training period to help develop product knowledge, but an interest and some knowledge of dirt bikes and ATV’s would be preferred. Some Excel, Quick Books, and Outlook knowledge is a plus.

Work Environment:

Small warehouse workspace. Can be very busy at times but try to maintain an easy going atmosphere as long as work is getting done. We are flexible with time off with some prior notification.
