Painters/carpenters - $25-35+/hr Doe

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be legal to work in the United States

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

-Criminal background check / drug screening

-3+ years painting experience REQUIRED (Additional remodeling experience preferred)

-Knowledge of standard prep techniques including: scraping, priming, caulking, masking, etc.

-Knowledge of standard application techniques including: brushing, rolling, and spraying

-Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

-Be comfortable working from ladders at heights of up to 40 ft

-Clean appearance and the ability to speak with customers in a polite and professional manner

-Accountability, dependability, and punctuality a must
