Painting Project Manager Position

SEEKING RESIDENTIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established team with opportunity for growth.

I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Residential Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote company services to homeowners/business owners

Ability to give estimates to customers with great detail

Bid residential/commercial painting projects

Provide leadership to paint crews

Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Be willing to do any job as needed

Help crews to be efficient

Work with office team to help schedule jobs

Work closely with homeowners on projects

Help office team with HR issues

Manage budgets and field budgets for jobs

Know and understand OSHA rules and help run a safe work environment

Help with training new employees

Quality control

Position Qualifications:

Ability to understand and present products and services

Lead and teach others about great customer service

Ability to give painting estimates

Must have good computer skills and ability to communicate well with office and customers

Ability to motivate teams to work hard and do quality work

Ability to work basic CRM and other software

Strong typing skills

Spanish speaking would be a huge plus

3-5 years in painting and project management is a huge plus

Previous painting experience is a huge plus

Have a general knowledge of paint brands and products

Clean driving record and license

Ability to pass background check

Available to work weekends/evenings if needed

$60-$70K Base DOE + Bonuses
