Part-time Fuel Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Fuel Attendant to join our team in Springfield, OR. As a Fuel Attendant, you will be responsible for safely fueling diesel trucks. We are looking for a reliable individual who excels in providing excellent customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The Part-time Fuel Attendant will report to the Shop Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe refueling of our diesel trucks.

Key Functions:

As a Part-time Fuel Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting Fueling Operations: Safely fueling diesel trucks in our fleet to ensure they are ready for their next journey.

2. Driving a Fuel Truck: Operating a fuel truck within our yard to efficiently fuel the trucks.

3. Ad-Hoc Duties: Assisting with various other duties as needed to support the efficient functioning of our operations.

Job Requirements:

Must be punctual and dependable.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical ability to fuel trucks, including lifting fuel hoses and performing related tasks.

Attention to safety protocols and procedures.

Job Location:

This position is located in Springfield, OR, and requires in-person presence at our facility.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Must have the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Job Schedule and Pay:

Part-time

Evening shift (4:00p to 8:00p)

Monday to Friday

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking. Regularly lift and /or move up to +25lbs. with assistance.
