Part-Time Housekeeper – Small Classic Hotel in Old Town Florence

We're a small, classic 27-room hotel in Old Town Florence, offering guests a quiet, homey experience — more like an Airbnb than a chain. We serve a hot, homemade breakfast daily and take pride in clean, comfortable rooms and a respectful work environment.

We’re hiring a part-time housekeeper. This is a good fit for dependable, detail-oriented people who enjoy working independently and care about doing a job well. Great for retirees, seasonal workers, or school staff (teachers, bus drivers, custodians) looking for extra income.

Job Includes:

Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms

Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting

Restocking amenities and keeping common areas tidy

Occasional laundry

Reporting maintenance or safety issues

Requirements:

Non-smokers only (must be able to smell the condition of a room)

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Must be at least 18 years old

Experience not required — we train the right person

Must be able to bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods

Pay:

Starting at $16/hour

Dependable workers earn $24–$32/hour

Paid weekly
