We are looking for a Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team. This is a part-time position working 20-30 hours per week with the possibility to become a full-time position.
Primary responsibilities are cleaning and maintain property grounds, all common areas, laundry rooms, and landscaping. Landscaping tasks will be to mow and edge lawn areas, trim bushes as needed, take care of leaves in the fall. Additional tasks will include making weekly dump runs.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and can work independently. Must have a drivers license and transportation to go between properties.
Work schedule is flexible Monday-Friday. Pay is $18-21 per hour DOE
