Pawnbroker & E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

A-1 Hawk is seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Pawnbroker and an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Pawnbroker, you will be responsible performing the following duties:

Greet customers and assessing their needs

Assess the value and test items for a pawn or buy transaction

Explain loan terms and rates with customers

Process pawn or buy transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system

Keep the sales floor clean and display merchandise in an organized and appealing manner

Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures

Skills required for a Pawnbroker are:

Excellent and technical sales skills to effectively promote products and services while maximizing profitability and build rapport with customers

Strong cash handling abilities; including counting, verifying, and reconciling cash transactions

Proficiency in operating a POS system

Effective and professional phone etiquette

Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of fine jewelry, musical equipment, electronics, tools, and/or designer apparel and accessories is a plus

Bilingual, proficiency in Spanish, is a plus

As an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing the following duties:

Process and track online orders, ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner

Update merchandise listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platforms, ensuring all information is current and accurate

Pack and prepare merchandise for shipping according to company standards, ensuring the order is accurate and properly addressed

Analyze marketing trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to set competitive and profitable merchandise pricing

Provide online and phone customer service to address inquires, resolve issues, and offer product information

Skills required for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist are:

Previous e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing is required. Experience with pawnshops or in a retail environment is a plus.

Proficient with computers and office equipment

Strong organizational skills

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills

Effective and professional phone etiquette

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Knowledge of fine jewelry, musical equipment, electronics, tools, and/or designer apparel and accessories is a plus
