Pool Monitor at Tetherow Owners Association (15-20 hrs per week)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a responsible, service-oriented Pool Monitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all pool guests. This position plays a key role in daily pool operations, guest service, and compliance with safety and health standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, confident in rule enforcement, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.Seasonal part-time 15 - 20 hours per week. May 15 – June 12 – Weekends and Holidays (Memorial Day) – 11:00 am to 7:00 pmMay 15th – June 12th – Weekdays 3:00 pm – 7:00 pmJune 13th – September 1st – 7 days per week from 11:00 am to 7:00 pmSeptember 2 – September 15th – Weekends – 11:00 am to 7:00 pmSeptember 2 – September 15th – Weekdays 3:00 pm – 7:00 pmPrimary ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsPrepare pool and deck for recreational swim by removing lap lanes and fitness swim equipment.Maintain pool furniture in the designated layout and ensure the deck is clean and tidy.Clean and restock bathrooms, empty trash bins daily.Monitor pool capacity and guest behavior to maintain a safe environment.Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.Ensure all guests leave promptly at closing time.Maintenance & SafetyLog pool chemistry data as required by local health department standards.Monitor supplies and report when items need to be restocked or ordered.Identify and report any damage or repair needs to management.Walk the deck regularly to identify and mitigate safety hazards.Enforce all pool rules with confidence and professionalism.Follow all established safety protocols and procedures.Respond to issues or emergencies calmly and communicate clearly with management.Coordinate with the community’s security company to ensure an appropriate and timely response to any security-related incidents or concerns that arise.Extra Perks! 401(k) plan with Company match Golf privileges Discounts at Tetherow Restaurants & Golf Shop $5 Employee Breakfast & Lunch Meals from The Row Employee referral bonuses Work in one of the most beautiful settings in Central Oregon!PI267578851 Apply
