Product Security Post Incident Specialist – (ETW) – OnsiteWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a specialist to join Client’s Product Security team, which is dedicated to protecting the company’s intellectual property, innovations, and ideas. With a focus on employee awareness, this position will act as a primary liaison between Product Security and key Client functions in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Creation. This position will partner with cross-functional teams, identify process gaps, and provide recommendations on measures to protect the product at its most critical stages to prevent theft, loss, and leaks.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?The core functions of responsibility include, but are not limited to, lead the post-incident follow up process by gathering, compiling, and reporting fact-based information for all product and IP related incidents. Incidents include leaks to Client IP and products during R&D, manufacturing, and shipment throughout the supply chain.In this position you will lead, coordinate, and evolve the process for all leaks. This includes systematically intaking, escalating and triaging problems with relevant owners and teams while ensuring follow through on resolutions to deliver findings to key partners.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will partner with investigative support groups such as Global Investigations, Client Intelligence Center (NIC), Workplace Security, Legal, Brand Protection, Marketplace Operations (MPO), and Product Creation teams to prevent and minimize risk to Client’s competitive advantage.WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree; 2 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in any of the following functions: Product Security, Investigations, Logistics, Operations, Product Creation, or equivalent.
  • Ability to change directions quickly based on business, project, and team needs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex findings and ideas simply to a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including senior level leadership.
  • Proficiency in web-based social media platforms, research tools, applications, and communication technologies.
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a collaborative work ethic, professional maturity, and a positive personality.
  • The ability to function independently, under pressure, and perform multiple functions and duties, often simultaneously while prioritizing and executing on deliverables with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency with Case Management software (CRM) like ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, and Tableau a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and present to relevant stakeholders.
  • Passion for the Client brand, and knowledge of sports culture, footwear or apparel industry a plus.
