This position is full time and non-seasonal. Duties include cleaning windows, gutters, roofs, building wash, power washing, truck mounted carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, occasional turnover & construction clean and such. The position starts at $18 per hour while in training and then moves to piece rate. Depending on the individual training can last 1 to 2 months. After training position goes to piece rate, employees on piece rate average $20-$30 an hour.
