Description We are offering an opportunity for a Product Specialist 3 to join our team. The position is located in Portland, Maine, United States and will be a long-term contract role. As a Product Specialist 3, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support, managing vendor relationships, and implementing applications in the industry. Responsibilities: Provide end-user support and system administration for the state psychiatric hospitals’ applications and systems Work as part of the application support team, providing rotational after-hours on-call support Participate in the implementation team for the state hospital's electronic health record project and other initiatives Monitor and maintain interfaces and develop forms and customize applications as needed Write reports, read and modify technical documentation, and create troubleshooting and instructional workflow documentation Teach and convey technical and workflow documentation to end-users Collaborate with vendors to facilitate implementations and perform system testing Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing and system updates/maintenance activities Organize and create tasks to increase team productivity and provide level of effort estimates on team tasks Suggest improvements to streamline team processes and enhance productivity. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Documentation and Reporting. Proven experience in providing Technical Support. Ability to Review and streamline processes for efficiency. Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration. Knowledge of 'About Time' software and Workstation Support. Excellent Phone Presence and troubleshooting skills. Strong experience in Implementation and enhancing Productivity. Familiarity with Monitoring Tools and their effective utilization. Proficiency in ProFile software and Logo Design. Experience in System Administration. Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant areas. Skills in customization and understanding of Electronic Medical Records. Knowledge of Programming Languages and Disaster Recovery. Capable of providing User Support and End-User Support. Familiarity with IDS and Application Support.
