Production Associate - Immediate Openings

Local Ice Cream manufacturing firm is looking for hard working Entry-Level Production candidates!

This is a well established manufacturing company in Lane County that is willing to train you on the job. We are looking to hire people on both Day Shift and Swing Shift!

Production Associate!

Pay Rate:

Day Shift - $17.00/hour

Swing Shift - $17.50/hour

Work Schedule:

Day Shift

Monday - Friday

5:00AM - 3:30PM

Will work 4 10 hour shifts, your scheduled day off will rotate (as in your scheduled day off could be Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur/ or Fri)

Swing Shift

Monday - Friday

3:00PM - 11:30PM

Job Duties:

Push boxes through taping machine ensuring there is a print on carton for traceability, and master case is being printed and taped shut during process

Package and palletize finished product at the speed the line equipment is running

Ensure food safety and quality through visual inspection of the finished product for proper seal of wrapper

Communicate with operators, leads and supervisors on what type of product will be produced

Follow color code regarding totes, ice cream, nondairy, soy, etc., as products have specific colors codes to prevent cross contamination

Remove empty wrap and cartons off the line and dispose of them properly

Monitor the equipment and inform the carton machine operator when cartons are jammed or being shaped incorrectly

Production Associate will visually inspect product for deficiencies
