Production Helper

NW Employment is partnered with a local window manufacturing company in Salem, OR and we are looking for a Production Helper to join our team.

You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and assisting with various tasks in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate power tools.

Duties:

Perform various tasks related to the manufacturing of vinyl windows and doors.

Reading paperwork and cutting materials, loading machines, using hand tools, assembling sub-parts, installing hardware,

Installing glass into completed frames, building crates to shipping product, loading crates, cleaning products and work areas.

Workers move between work stations; Must work well with others and be willing/able to learn and perform multiple tasks.

Some positions require frequent lifting of 75 lbs or more working with others.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is preferred

Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools effectively

Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques

Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
